1899-S Barber Half Dollar, Choice Very Fine, equivalent to a certified Thirty.  Second of the three so-called "Philippines Dates", the majority of which went to the Archipelago to replace Spanish Colonial coinage in circulation after the 1898 War.  Perhaps just a tiny bit scruffy, however the color is good, no obvious sign of a cleaning (at least in the last 50+ years) and would almost certainly be considered problem free by a grading service.  As for price, unfortunately you can thank ebay’s idiotic new 15% fee regime – I am more than happy to sell for less under different circumstances.
