Up for your perusal is this fabulous find. This is a rare and highly sought after shell inlay necklace by Santa Domingo pueblo artisan Mary Coriz Lovato. Exquisite quality and weight. Nice substantial piece. Lovato is known for her shell inlay work as well necklaces. Museum quality. Primarily green turquoise graduated disk necklace with large shell, sterling silver, coral inlay and shell inlay. Design is contemporary and unique. Marked on the backside with the Artist's name. Definitely a statement necklace. Hook clasp. Necklace is about 22" in length when spread out. This is a very unique piece acquired from a longtime collector. Please contact me with any questions.

Measures about 22" length when spread out.  The pendant portion is about 3.25" tall and 1.75" across at the widest portion at the top.

Overall excellent vintage condition. Nice patina. No missing parts or pieces. Could be polished further if desired.
