This doll is a 1880's Holiday Visiting doll redressed in "Amanda", an outfit available only at the 1999 Modern Doll Convention in September. It is a beautiful Victorian outfit complete with tights, bloomers, boots and drop-waist dress trimmed with lace and flowers. A perfect, finished doll has been created to bring "Amanda" to life by redressing the distinctive 1880's Holiday Visiting doll (#99929) in the "Amanda" outfit.
Robert Tonner created this adorable collection of 8 inch hard plastic dolls inspired by childhood activities both past and present. The dolls have 'sleep' eyes, are wigged and are jointed at neck, shoulders and hips.
All items come from a smoke-free, pet-free home. All items have been in stored in crates in a temperature controlled environment.
