    Description

    This is a perfect, gorgeous sterling silver/turquoise bracelet by renowned Navajo artist, Aaron Toadlena. The bracelet is approximately 5 3/4" inside with an approximate 1 1/8" opening. It is very solidly made, is approximately 1 1/8" wide and weighs approximately 36.6 grams. There is a center oval turquoise stone, flanked by a rectangular stone on each side. There is twisted wire, silver bezels, beading and repousse.
    Aaron Toadlena is a widely known, highly respected and creative artist who regards his talent as a blessing and gift. He was born into the Navajo five finger clan.  He views his remarkable talents as a "blessing from the Holy People" which has enabled him to sustain his family. This collector's piece is signed "Aaron Toadlena".  He is self-taught and every aspect of his jewelry is hand-crafted the "old-fashioned" way. The ideas and creation of his jewelry "evolve when his mind, heart, eyes and hands work in concert".
    This very special bracelet was purchased new for our gallery in 1995 and has been in our inventory/vault, never worn. It is priced under market for immediate sale. Serious offers only, please.
