Vintage Lady Head Vase Stamped Napco Ware C3343 - Also has foil sticker. Condition is "Used Vintage".
This pretty lady head vase is wearing a black dress and matching black hat. She has "pearl" earrings.  She has red lipstick and red painted fingernails, she has black eyelashes.  I have not cleaned her, will leave cleaning to the new owner.
