ZUNI MULTI-COLOR INLAY SUNFACE BRACELET RALPH AND LILY KALLESTEWA

Acquired from a private estate and now available for purchase
this Zuni multi-color stone inlay Sunface design wide cuff bracelet.
Dating back to the 1970's this piece is in excellent condition
weighing 82.3 grams.  Stamped sterling and RLK, Ralph and Lily Kallestewa,
artists from
Zuni New Mexico.
This bracelet has stones of mother of pearl,
jet turquoise and coral using a variety of shaped cuts
and surrounded by silver wire.
This bracelet could sell for far more however...
at 5. this is a bargain!
Excellent condition.
Without cutting corners on placement of stone nor weight of silver
this bracelet was made when artists cared about the quality
of jewelry they produced,that is obvious and it was a time
when everything made was truly one of a kind.
This bracelet measures 1 5/8"W at center tapering down to 1" at
bracelet's opening.  Total measurement measuring the inside of the bracelet
all the way around including the opening is 7".  Opening alone is 1 1/8".
This bracelet due to the inlay can not be adjusted at all it has to fit.
This bracelet should never be bent as stones would fall out and
you would not have a good result.  Always remember to
relax the wrist rather than trying to bend the bracelet to place it on and off.
This bracelet has such basic colors.  Who doesn't like black white and red together?
